Your Victoria Club Tread membership is on an anniversary basis.   Each year you will receive a renewal reminder by email one month prior to your renewal date.

 

Renewal Steps:

    1. Log in as a "Registered Member".
    2. Sign the annual waiver:
      • Download the waiver
      • Open the editable PDF file and read in full.  
      • Fill in the signature (typing in your name will suffice as your signature), and check each of the 4 checkboxes highlighted in blue. 
      • Save the file and email as an attachment to .
    3. Pay the dues:  You may pay by Interac e-transfer from your online banking:  Please send the  payment to Victoria Club Tread at . If you do not have access to Interac e-transfer, please contact .
      • For 2025, fees will be required as follows, and will be valid until December 31, 2025, unless noted:
January/February		=	$30
March/April = $25
May/June = $20
July/August = $15
September/October = $10 (OR option to pay $40 to cover until December 2026, pending potential increase of dues for 2026)
November/December = $5 (OR option to pay $35 to cover until December 2026, pending potential increase of dues for 2026)
  •  To ensure we match the payment to the correct person, please send an email to  stating: 
    • the name of the member who is joining
    • the amount of the e-transfer
    • the date of the e-transfer
    • the name of the person who has made the e-transfer
    • Meetup profile name so we can link the member with their Meetup profile.
  • Review and update your contact information by going to the Edit My Account page.

 
Membership Fees Explained

 

There are  annual membership dues for Club Tread,  currently $30, in order to cover costs incurred during the year. Some of these costs are as follows: 

  • Website and Meetup fees and maintenance
  • Liability Insurance for Officers, hike leaders, and other volunteers;
  • Other club costs, including social events, meeting costs and safety equipment.
