Alec Road Trailhead: (20 km from Saanich Hall). Take highway 17 north for 3km to the Quadra Street exit. Go north on West Saanich Road for 15.7km to Alec Rd, turn right and continue to the trailhead (probably a little less than 1km).

Uses

Dayhike2 boot (easy to moderate). Suitable all year.

Description

Note: We believe an error was made in the GPS survey for this trail. We suspect the starting elevation is in the 80-100m range and that the total elevation gain should be reduced by approximately 100m. We are endeavouring to have one of our members re-survey the trail. We will update this page when more information becomes available.
